It seems like only yesterday that Seven Training were attending our very first conference as an exhibitor, the FORS Members Conference in 2017. I can still remember the hard work and preparation that went into ensuring our stand looked exactly as we wanted it to, designing all aspects and taking various props to fill our designated stand adequately.
The day itself was actually a bit of an eye opener for us, it was Seven Training’s first time exhibiting rather than attending as visitors so we got to view the conference from a different viewpoint. It made us realise how much hard work goes on behind the scenes to organise an event like the FORS Members Conference, and how lucky we were to be invited to exhibit by FORS – thank you to FORS for that.
As well as this we found that we were actually able to provide a lot of insightful information to the attendees about FORS and how we could help them gain their accreditation. One of the main talking points throughout the day was the vulnerable road user training requirement for FORS. Attendees were unaware that this training could be delivered outside of London, some even stipulated that they had been told this training only took place within London – which is completely wrong! We specifically designed our training courses to be flexible and bespoke, our mobile training van allows us to deliver training courses at our customers location no matter where their office is based.
I wonder what information we will be able to pass onto attendees this year that will help them with their FORS accreditation?
We thoroughly enjoyed the conference last year and cannot wait to exhibit again this year. We hope to see as many people there on the day as possible and will once again have lots of tea and coffee for anyone that wants to come and have a chat with Seven Training.
